The Sutton Nature Conservation Volunteers have worked very closely with Sutton Council over the last quarter century, delivery biodiversity improvements and people engagement but the Council certainly have a mountain to climb to find savings over the next few years! http://www.suttonsfuture.org/?page_id=107.
