This Saturday (11 May), I’ll be leading the first Sutton bat walk of the year. Starting at the historic Whitehall Museum in Cheam, at 20:00, we’ll have a quick look at some of the features bats go for in buildings and then out around Cheam Park to see if the weather holds off enough for bats to be out! Booking is essential, please contact Whitehall Museum on 020 86431236 or email: whitehallcheam@btconnect.com to see if there are any spaces left!
If you miss out on Saturday, fear not, for I’m running another walk, this time around Oaks Park, on Wednesday (15 May) evening, meeting at the cafe at 20:50. To book, please use the online form.

Really enjoyed the bat walk in Oaks Park last night. We didn’t see a single bat but I learnt so much about them and feel I understand more about conservation and environmental issues regarding bats as a result. Will definitely be signing up for another one, many thanks.

Hi Terri,
Many thanks for your kind comments. We’ve more bats walks (and load more besides! see the Events page for more details), so hopefully, if you come on another one, we’ll see some bats in action!
All the best,
Dave.
